Requirements for Portrait ~ In order to capture the essence of your fur friend it's important to follow these instructions. 

• A high quality front face and side view photo. Make sure it's a crisp photo not blurry in any way. 
• No red eye 
• The Name and Breed of your pet.

The 3D Portrait comes in either a black or white frame

• 6 x 6" display frame with approximately 5x5" image space: $300 + shipping 
• 8.5 x 8.5" display frame with approximately 8x8" image space: $400 + shipping
• 8.5 x 6.75" spiral book soft cover: $100 + shipping

** Please note that the image is NOT encased in glass! **

• Because of the nature of this art form, Furever Heartfelt retains the rights to reproduce any art work created from your submitted photo. This includes prints, promo material. 
• Professional photos by a photographer can only be used if you have the rights to the photo. They can provide their written permission. 
• I do my best to capture the essence and likeness of your beloved fur baby. I put my heart and soul into each creation and they take time and much effort. At this time, I only do cats and dogs.
